Susan’s family has been involved with food since 1906. Raffetto’s pasta has been operating in Greenwich Village for over 100 years. You can say food is in her DNA. Cooking for family and friends for more than 30 years has led Susan to share her ability to have fun with food with you, your family and friends.

Our classes take the mystery out of cooking!! Relax and enjoy creating a menu and presenting your dishes. Whether it be for a party of 10 or just learning how to be excited about cooking for yourself.
